Johnny founded Seymour Projects in 1996 having previously spent over 10 years managing a previous building company, Seymour & George (London) ltd.

For over 25 years Johnny has successfully managed projects across all sectors of property but has specifically focused on high-end residential refurbishments.

 


Reid GreenREID GREEN

Reid joined Seymour Projects in 2005 as a Site Agent, managing construction works on individual projects of 250–500 M2.

As Contracts Manager Reid now oversees all site works and is responsible for overall programme, quality control and allocation of material and human resources.

Reid qualified as a carpenter in New Zealand before travelling to the UK.


Charlotte CottleCHARLOTTE COTTLE

Charlotte joined Seymour Projects in 2006 whilst studying with the College of Estate Management, Reading University.

Since graduating in 2008 she has been responsible for document control, subcontractor payments, orders and carrying out monthly valuations.

Charlotte is currently working towards her MRICS qualification.
